Past projects

Commercial Buildings

The majority of our work is done in occupied commercial buildings. We have worked in hundreds of these buildings in NSW, ACT and QLD.

Challenges that have been met:   

  1. Work is generally completed out of hours.
  2. We clean up afterwards so the tenants don’t even realise we have been working there overnight.
  3. We protect all surfaces to ensure no damage is done to office fixtures and fit out.

New Construction

All our staff have the appropriate safety induction qualifications to enable them to work on construction sites.

Challenges that have been met:

  1. Rapidly changing works programs with very short lead times 
  2. Working in conjunction with many other trades on-site
  3. Co-ordinating the work in the most efficient manner to ensure prompt completion.

Hotels

We have worked in hotels ranging from 5 star luxury to backpacker hostels.

Challenges that have been met:

  1. Co-ordinating with management to complete the works during low-season periods
  2. Working shorter hours during the day so that the rooms can be let over night
  3. Cleaning up thoroughly afterwards so the rooms can be occupied.

Industrial Sites

Many industrial warehouses require our services and some of the largest portfolio holders count us as their clients.

Challenges that have been met:

  1. Co-ordinating with the property managers and the tenants to gain access to the sites
  2. Trying to minimise (or preferably eliminate) any disruption to the warehouse operations while on-site
  3. Complying with various site safety and operational requirements.

Infrastructure

We have worked on capital city airport buildings and hangars, Sydney Central Railway Station, ports and many universities.

Challenges that have been met:  

  1. Ensuring all staff pass national security background checks
  2. Obeying stringent safety and operational requirements
  3. Completing complex building infrastructure in short timeframes.

Retail

We have worked in major shopping centres throughout the country e.g. Centrepoint, Sunshine Plaza, Homemakers Centres, Casuarina Square& Woolworths.

Challenges that have been met:

  1. Working outside of retail trading hours
  2. Complying with retail safety and operational requirements
  3. Ensuring the workplace is safe for shopping centre customers

Residential

Unit blocks require annual fire safety inspections. We carry out this work and complete any repairs as necessary.

Challenges that have been met:

  1. Co-ordinating access with residents
  2. Ensuring all surfaces are well protected and the site is cleaned up on completion
  3. Work done must be to a standard that we would accept in our own homes
