Background
Dominic was appointed to the position of Managing Director of Bowsers in February 2002, after the company underwent a change in ownership.
Prior to that, Dominic's career saw him quickly rise to upper management. After completing his Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1992, Dominic joined CSR Construction Materials at the beginning of 1993. He was put into the "Graduate Training Program" initially in a role as "Research and Development Engineer". By 1995, he had been promoted through several positions to the role of "Operations Engineer - Sydney Concrete", identifying and implementing operational improvements within the business. In 1997, he was promoted again to the position of "Area Manager - Sydney Concrete", where he managed approximately one third of CSR's operations within the Sydney metropolitan area. In 1999, Dominic took a year to travel extensively overseas. Upon his return, Dominic took on the position of "Operations Manager" at CLM, an industry leader in utility services and infrastructure construction, which further broadened his management experience.
Dominic's solid technical background and extensive management experience makes him well suited to holding the position he does at Bowsers. Dominic sees himself as a problem solver who looks after issues such as staff management, financial management, improving business productivity, and strategically growing the revenue and profitability of the business.

Paul has recently commenced study for a Masters degree in Building Fire and Risk Engineering at Victoria University.
Background
Paul has held the position of Operations Manager at Bowsers since 2002, joining the company shortly after the new owners took over the business. Paul started his career with the State Rail Authority in an engineering cadetship. It was there that he learned the value of a systematic approach to maintenance tasks. After six years with the SRA, Paul moved on and spent the next eleven years working for CSR Readymix. He initially worked for CSR Readymix in an engineering capacity, but soon after joining the company he was promoted into Operations Management, eventually progressing to the role of Concrete Operations Manager for the Sydney area.
Pauls combination of advanced theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience in both the fields of management and engineering makes him extremely well-suited to the role of Operations Manager at Bowsers. He is comfortable wearing the many hats that the role demands, switching seamlessly between management of day-to-day project operations and management of wholly internal matters, such as upgrading accounting systems or IT infrastructure. Paul is currently focused upon the task of developing Bowsers' business in the area of BCA Compliance.

Background
Murray joined Bowsers in 2005 as the ACT Contracts Manager. Soon after joining the company he was promoted to the position ACT Operations Management due to his combination of engineering and management experience. Prior to joining Bowsers, Murrays experience was the result of twelve years in the civil construction industry; starting out as a site engineer, then in project management, and finally in a position as contracts manager. During that time, Murray spent two years overseas; working in London as a project manager.
Murrays extensive management and engineering experience serves him well in his position as Bowsers' ACT Manager. Murray understands the needs of builders due to his experience in civil construction, and is adept at managing relationships with major builders, property managers, building managers, and services sub-contractors. Murray is currently focused on managing the growth of Bowsers' ACT division, by ensuring a professional and timely service is provided to its clients.

James is currently completing the EDG Business Essentials Program.
Background
James joined Bowsers in 2005 as a Project Manager for Passive Fire Operations. After completing his Bachelor of Engineering, James worked as an Undergraduate Engineer for the Port Kembla Port Authority. He then moved to Emoleum for three years and worked as a Site/Project Engineer. During this period, James worked on several large-scale engineering projects, such as the Port Kembla breakwater maintenance project, the F3 Freeway widening, the Northern Road widening, and the M7.
James brings a solid background in engineering to his role as Project Manager for Bowsers Passive Fire Operations. Since joining Bowsers, James has become proficient at managing relationships with building managers and engineers. Jamess passion for the industry combined with his engineering knowledge and experience has lead to him developing an aptitude for solving Passive Fire Protection problems in high rise commercial premises.

Background
Aldo joined Bowsers in 2003 as an auditor of fire dampers and other passive fire installations. He was well known in the industry and further enhanced his reputation as a knowledgeable and thorough auditor. In 2007 Aldo was promoted to the position of Technical Project Manager and oversees Bowsers' fire sealing teams. Aldo was attracted to the opportunity at Bowsers due to its reputation within the industry for high quality work. Prior to joining Bowsers, Aldo worked in Technical Sales for seven years; first with Promat, and later Fyreguard.
Aldo enjoys the challenge of utilising his technical expertise to help engineers and building managers solve their passive fire problems. Due to his background in sales, Aldo excels at managing successful commercial relationships with people at all levels of the building management and construction industries. Aldo currently manages projects for Bowsers involving the inspection and implementation of works requiring fire sealing of service penetrations in fire rated structures. Aldo's all-rounders' knowledge of passive fire installations enables him to effectively assess all of the passive fire rating problems he comes across.

Background
John has been with Bowsers since 1987. Prior to commencement of his career in fire rating with Bowsers, John started out by serving an apprenticeship as an automotive spray painter, and worked in that industry for three years after completing his trade. He then left that industry to follow in his fathers footsteps with Bowsers. Since joining Bowsers, John has worked his way through the ranks of Bowsers to become one of the most knowledgeable and skilled people in the industry.
As a result of his extensive industry experience, when it comes to the application of fire spray, there is not much that John doesnt know. He has over twenty years of on-the-job training, fifteen of them with Don Cook, a widely known expert in the field of passive fire rating. John currently manages projects which involve Bowsers fire spray teams.

Background
Glen started with Bowsers in 2004, initially as a passive fire rater. Glen was an outstanding addition to the Bowsers team, showing a particular aptitude for rectification of fire dampers. He was quickly promoted into a position as Passive Fire Rating Auditor. Before deciding to settle down for a career with Bowsers, Glen underwent several career changes over a sixteen year period; hes previously worked as a registered electrician, a sales representative, and a financial planner.
Glens broad finance and trade experience makes him an asset to the Bowsers team. Most of Glens work is in dealing with managers and service sub-contractors; he is well attuned to their needs as a result of his time as an electrician. Glens focus is inspecting fire dampers, and producing reports on their compliance with the BCA and Australian Standards such as AS1668 and AS1682.
